What the service is

MyRemodelCalculator produces planning estimates for home renovation projects from photos you provide. These estimates are informational tools to help you plan.

What the estimates are not

An estimate from MyRemodelCalculator is not a quote, a bid, a contract, an appraisal, or financial advice. Material prices are regional averages unless you set them from your own product photos, quantities are inferred and should be reviewed, and labor and installation costs vary significantly by contractor and region. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate. Always confirm pricing with suppliers and obtain a contractor quote before committing to a project.

Pricing and access

Access is a one-time $20 payment for 30 days of unlimited use.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Access simply ends after 30 days unless you choose to purchase again.
Your $20 unlocks a digital service you use immediately. Once you have uploaded a photo and generated an estimate, your payment is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered — except where a refund is required by law.
Renewing is a fresh $20 payment that resets your 30-day access; data is restored if you renew within the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

Only upload photos you have the right to use.
Use the service for lawful, personal home-planning purposes.
Keep your sign-in email secure — access is tied to it.

The financing calculator

The remodel loan calculator on our site is a free estimation tool. It shows principal-and-interest figures only and does not constitute a loan offer, lending decision, or financial advice. Actual rates and terms depend on your lender and creditworthiness.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equity Solutions Network LLC is not liable for any decisions you make, or costs you incur, based on an estimate or calculation produced by the service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
