Privacy Policy

This policy is provided for transparency and is under legal review. It describes how MyRemodelCalculator, a product of Equity Solutions Network LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information.

What we collect

Your email address — used to sign you in (via a one-time link) and to send account and reminder emails.
Photos you upload — pictures of your space and of product price tags, which you provide to generate your estimate.
Estimate data — the rooms, line items, quantities, prices, and notes in your project.
Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; we retain only a payment reference and your access status.
Basic usage data — standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Details you submit through our free tools — if you use a free tool or guide and choose to give us your name, email, company, or role, we keep those details (and the context you entered) so we can follow up with you directly. We use this for manual outreach only; we do not add you to any newsletter or marketing email list.

How your photos and estimates are generated

To build your estimate, the photos you upload are analyzed by Anthropic's Claude AI models through a third-party application programming interface. Your images are transmitted to Anthropic for the purpose of generating your estimate. We do not use your photos to train any AI model.

Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2. The database stores only metadata (such as file references and your line-item data), never the image files themselves.

Third parties we use

Anthropic — AI processing of your photos to generate estimates.
Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of your uploaded photos.
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, reminders).

How long we keep your data

Your photos and estimate data are retained during your active 30-day access period and for 30 days after it ends. During that window, signing back in with the same email restores your data. After that window, your photos and estimate data are permanently deleted. Your downloaded PDF is yours to keep.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.
We do not share your data with advertisers.

Your choices

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us. Because data is automatically purged after your access window, deletion may already occur without action on your part.
